MULTI-STAGE INJECTOR PULLING OPTIONS

1. Complete Injector Removal (including top electronic control module)
Achieved via a fork and plate combination that firmly grips around the
upper part of the injector body
2. Injector with top electronic control module removed
Achieved via fastening components onto the upper body in combination
with the injector upper thread
3. Broken Injector Body or Unscrewed Mid Section
Achieved via a threaded connector screw that fixes into the injector valve body and nozzle retainer
4. Seized or Broken Injector Nozzle
Achieved via an expanding rod that pulls nozzle body, together with a special magnetic tool for core disassembly
5. Seized or Broken Injector Nozzle Tip
Connects into nozzle tip via internal thread, to repair damaged original
threads or cuts new ones if needed. Allows a strong pulling connection into the injector nozzle cone. This operation includes a sealing nozzle cap to prevent metal filings and swarf from passing into the lower engine area
